OUR HOPE

We do not believe that this program alone will be able to stop the killings. But we believe that a determined and focused implementation of this program will slowly restore our people's faith in the dispensation of justice and from there shall spring the elusive hope: That indeed if and when Justice is available----there will be no more need to kill extra judicially.
