To ensure that this program is not a political gimmick, there will be monthly progress report cards of all cases being handled under this program.

Public Monitor Boards will be set up to show progress or lack of it in each and every case. The department website will also show the report card. Volunteer groups will be encouraged to also monitor the development of each and every case. One week after the launching of the program, law student volunteers will be harnessed to be assigned specific cases. A Memorandum of Agreement to this effect has already been drafted. Next in line are the civil society groups specially the watchdogs on human rights and other good governance civil societies. Lastly, there will be a special project to develop partnership with media as their role cannot be overemphasized to address the skeptics and the unbelievers.
