The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Task Force Against Political Violence and Extra-Legal Killings (TF211) would like to inform the media and public in general that the announced arrival of PSr./Sup. Glenn Dumlao on Sunday, 26 July 2009 will push through.

However, instead of arriving at 4:45am as earlier reported, the plane carrying the subject and his party will arrive an hour and 15 minutes earlier.

ER Flight 103 will touch down on Philippine soil at exactly 3:30am on Sunday, 26 July 2009.

The preparations and arrangements previously announced to the media remains the same.
