The Task Force shall be guided by the following ethical guidelines: 

a.       Transparency: All details, related issues and updates on the 144 reported cases of Extra Judicial Killings will be made available to the public, stakeholders and the members of the diplomatic community as often as possible through a designated web site, press releases, conferences, and other avenues of public discussion. 

b.       Focus: The Task Force shall not engage in public debates in support or rebuttal of findings of the Alston Report and other similar documents; or identify possible perpetrators of EJK in the country and shall instead concentrate on the monitoring and hastening of the resolution of reported EJK cases. 

c.       Responsibility: The Task Force shall make and implement measures to accord urgent government attention and action on all reported cases of EJK in the country.  This shall include directing the relevant agencies in performing their authority according to the highest standards of cooperation and dedication.
